Waiver of Liability
By marking "I Agree" below, I state than I am 18 years of age or older and I understand the hazards involved in riding a bicycle on busy roadways. I accept the risks involved as a participant of this bike tour as my own. I will not, nor will any of my heirs, hold Camp Out Michigan, event organizers, volunteers, or the site owners of this event in any way responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, mishap, trauma or loss that may occur at any time during this weekend activity.

Participants registering after 7/15/08 are not assured a T-shirt. Cancellations made prior to 7/1/08 will receive a full refund minus a $10 service charge. Cancellations made between 7/1 and 7/13 will receive a 50% refund. After 7/13/08, NO REFUNDS will be made. Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
