	Perceptions Saginaw Valley - Opening Doors for the Mid-Michigan GLBT Community www.PerceptionsSV.org The Perceptions Scholarship Fund is one of the beneficiaries of Bike Tour 2008. Any Michigan resident may apply for the annual scholarship.
